From My childhood I have heard the lots of Stories of Buddhism. And Now I understood Buddhism is Way of Life . The name itself Says Awakened one’s.
What does it mean. I would simply Find Yourself. And Ask Yourself What the real reason of your Existence? And what to you love lot?
I follow the Principles of Buddhism and I even Completed Vipasana . The Greatest Course of Indian Sub continent. Now Widely spreaded all over the World
One should do this exercise once in his/her life.
